Krish is a Grade 12 student living in Dubai, and he is the USG of Marketing at YCMUN 2020. It’s his thirteenth conference and the fourth conference being a part of the Secretariat. A conference with a cause, Youth Charity MUN, is one he is so excited to be a part of. Making an impact on society is something Krish is very eager to do through this conference. It’s amazing to see how individuals from different countries come together with the sole purpose to help the society, both through the debate in committee and the donations we make. He is looking forward to seeing all of you at the conference this year!
Aditya is an incoming junior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South in New Jersey, USA, and is the YCMUN USG of Tech. He has competed in Model UN since the beginning of freshman year and finds it to be a rewarding and enriching experience. Aside from MUN, Aditya is interested in the field of computer science, specifically artificial intelligence and quantum computing. In his free time, he likes to DDoS websites (joke!) and play volleyball. Aditya will be serving as USG of Technology for YCMUN and will be responsible for website development and conference software. He can’t wait to share his passion for MUN with all of you at YCMUN 2020!
Samarth is a YCMUN USG of Tech! He has been a delegate for over 15 MUNs, including Crisis committees as well. He has also been part of the Executive Board twice and in one of the coming MUNs, he will be chairing as well. Currently, he is doing his marketing internship with MBFMUN (NGO-based) and this will be the third time as part of a MUN Secretariat. Whether in a position of leadership or not, Samarth always tries to learn as much as possible from everyone around him, regardless of their position, their background, opinions, or beliefs. He always strives to accept novel ideas to any committee that he is a part of, and he inspires my associates and delegates to become leaders such as himself. He is strongly looking forward to YCMUN!
Ananya is a grade 10 student as of Fall 2020, and she lives in India. She is rewarded with the position of USG of External Affairs for the inaugural edition of YCMUN. Since the pandemic began, she has been involved in organising/helping out to organize MUNs. It was not long before she stumbled across the YCMUN page and was amazed by the philanthropic means that drive the conference and hence applied for the Secretariat!
She hopes this conference is a huge success with all the team’s inputs!

Ali Kazmi is a Grade 10 student from India and the USG of Delegate Affairs of YCMUN. MUN has been a great part of his life for the past two years. He has done around 18 MUNs as both a delegate and Secretariat/Executive Board. He believes that with perseverance and hard work, we can get through anything. Apart from MUN, he loves reading books, quizzing, and simply engaging himself in political discussions. For him, life needs to be fulfilled and for that, we have to engage ourselves in great things, such as giving back to the international community. I am really excited about YCMUN!
Anshul is currently a High School Graduate who studied at Gateway College Negombo Sri Lanka. He has a wide spectrum of interests (as one may call him “Polymathic”). He has been to more than 12 conferences with an experience of more than 5 years in this field. Needless to say, he has won multiple awards ranging from Best Delegate Awards to Diplomatic Commendation at Harvard MUN Dubai 2020. As for hobbies, he’s a Netflix addict (He’s had records of 10 straight hours!)
Shivansh has been doing MUN for three years and he is YCMUN’s USG of Marketing. His aim in life is to be an aerospace engineer. He thoroughly enjoys debating both serious real-life and fun fictional committees, and his favorite type of committee is a JCC.
Shivansh believes that MUN hasn’t only opened our gates to vast knowledge, but also has helped us seek the capabilities of being the next global leaders, discover our futures, and become confident in ourselves. He thinks of it as an opportunity to know the views and opinions of each and every delegate.
